In March 2008, the Clark family received a Sunshine Kids Radian80 for their daughter. Many many thanks go to Judi Lambert, CPS Technician who drove 300 miles round-trip to install this seat for the foundation. Thank you for your time and expertise educating the family on the installation and usage of this seat.
Ms. Lambert talks about the experience:
"[Clark child] was in the hospital, but mom still wanted to get this done. We met in The Dalles, at the hospital. First, I took the seat to her room and measured her in it. I went over everything the Radian has. I talked about when to stop using latch and safe stop. She and I have to same van! Then we went out to the car to teach install.
Her current seats were installed perfectly! The girl you see in the pictures is a little girl I babysit. She is 3, just like [Clark child], though [Clark child] is about 3 pounds heavier. We used [babysit child] to show how [Clark child] should look in the seat. Mom is the one with the blond hair in a ponytail. I am the curly haired one. On the way home, we stopped at a fish hatchery, the dam and the falls! It was fun. It hailed and snowed a little.

Mrs. Clark talks about the experience:
"My family was blessed with a Radian80 car seat for my oldest child. I had wanted to keep her in a 5 point harness longer but, closely reaching 40lbs, I figured she may be headed for a booster.
They day of the installation was a very good experience for me. I learned from Judi and her husband more about proper ways to use and secure our new car sat. I even learned something new about the car seat for our son (20 months). It was a wonderful feeling to know that the car seats were installed correctly for each child.
When [my daughter] came home from the hospital days after the installation she was so excited to ride home in her new car seat.
THANK YOU so much! I genuinely appreciate everything the Kyle David Miller Foundation has done for our family.
I don’t really know how to thank all of you in the way you deserve, but THANK YOU for everything you’ve done!
Thank you,
The Clark Family"
