I just purchased the Britax Regent last week after wanting one for months (ever since I found out about your organization and story). Due to finances and backorders also,I had not been able to get one until now. My breaking point was when my sister and two small nephews were in a car wreck June 15 which totaled her car and injured my two nephews. Luckily they are both okay now, just some broken bones. I told her we need to get her two Britax Regents now . . .my son is almost 9 years old but is small for his age . . and is only about 55 pounds . ..so the seat fits him perfectly. If I have to, I will save up my own $$ to buy two more for my nephews. Thanks!
