Christine Graham recently received a Britax Regent for her daughter from the foundation. Many thanks to Galo Maldonado for his time, expertise and assistance in installing the seat and educating Ms. Graham on the correct usage and installation.
Mrs. Graham talks about her experience:
"The tech that you sent us to was by far the most knowledgeable one I have seen around here. He was reading the manual for the regent when I got there. He also happily helped me install my sons (daughters old) Marathon.
My daughter loves her new seat. She happily buckles herself in and pulls on the straps and yells mom tighten me up. I cannot believe the size of the seat and am so happy she will be harnessed well past the "required" age.
Thank you for the work you guys do and I am so sorry that it has to be in Kyle's memory. My daughter knows what happened with Kyle and how she came to have her new seat but she will not talk about it. She tells me it makes her too sad.
I tell everyone about Kyle and the foundation.
Anyway, like I said I wish I knew what to say to you all or how to
properly thank you but this is the best way I can think of.
I wanted to add that by my daughter getting a new seat and me passing her old one to my son I was able to give my spare seat to the family of the little boy I watch. His seat was almost expired, straps twisted beyone belief, fully reclined in the FF position and slipping all over the back seat. I have it installed rock solid but have still encouraged them to see the tech I saw. So not only did you help my kids you also helped the 3 year old little boy.
I am also attatching a side view of my 2 seats it shows how well the 2 fit in the neon.
