In April '07, the foundation and Segal's for Children partnered together to donate a Regent and a Radian80 for the Bush family in Oregon.
Here is what Mrs. Allana Bush had to say about her experience:
"Hi, I just wanted to let you know that we got our seats installed today! I want to thank the Foundation and Segal's for the seats. The boys are so excited. Since watching the video I've been learning everything I can and I feel so much better knowing how protected the boys are now and for years to come!
The techs at Segal's are always so helpful and very knowledgable. I tell everyone I can about extended rear facing and extended forward facing harnessing. Maybe I told my boys too much because they are very sensitive about it and get very upset seeing classmates in boosters or without boosters or in the front seats ;-( I've even converted my mother who never liked "those contraptions" to begin with LOL!
Here are some pictures of the boys in their new safe seats. [My youngest son] is 4.5yo in the Radian80 and [my oldest son] is 6.5yo in the Regent. As you can see they both have lots of growing room!"
